Bosch 7" Premium Segmented Rim Diamond Blade Offers Fast, Efficient Cutting in Concrete and Masonry

Enhanced 3D pattern systematically ensures diamonds deliver maximum cutting performance

Las Vegas, Nev., February 2, 2016 – Bosch 7" Premium Segmented Diamond Blades provide efficient, smooth cutting thanks to Bosch's exclusive technology to optimize cutting diamonds. Bosch embeds the highest-quality diamonds of varied dimensions in an enhanced 3-D pattern on the blade to systematically ensure that more diamonds are on the cutting surface and that the blade is efficient in cutting concrete and other hard materials. This results in a better, faster cut.

The blade's segment design reduces friction between segment and concrete based on regular segment length and spacing between segments. Each of the cutting segments on the 7" blade is laser welded to the steel core for high mechanical strength and rigidity, and to allow better stability during the cut. In addition, this production method makes each blade more durable and the cutting action more stable.

“Bosch 7" Premium Segmented Diamond Blades provide both speed and long life when cutting concrete,” said Matt Van, product manager, concrete accessories, BOSCH POWER TOOLS. “Users will find this blade exceptionally smooth in cutting virtually any hard material – and durable even in the toughest applications.”

And the Bosch-exclusive segment design reduces friction between segment and concrete, due to the regular segment length and spacing between segments. The slots in the steel core of the blade help to remove dust generated during cutting.

Bosch 7" Premium Segmented Rim Diamond Blades work with large angle grinders and can be used with some circular/worm drive saws. A diamond rhombus-shaped knockout makes the blade compatible with worm-drive circular saws.

The Bosch 7" Premium Segmented Rim Diamond Blade is a universal blade that cuts most masonry and concrete materials, including reinforced concrete. It includes a diamond rhombus-shaped knockout for a worm-drive saw.
